Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /Loose soil for laying of cable all as specified and directed and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for river sand, spread dry in trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note:- For purpose of payment punned thickness only will be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV , type I flat of size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches as in protection of UG cables all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore as in cable protection fixed to poles/walls or laid intrenches/under road crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road pavement hard standing by manual boring incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS:7098 (Part 11),11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Excavation, earthwork and cable protection measured separately. (b) High voltage test shall be conducted at site with suitable voltage after laying of HT cables in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, JE & reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate. The cost of the same deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor, Non walk in type 250 KVA Compact Sub Station, Type tested 11KV/433 V transformer and HT/LT Panels etc in one outer enclosure (with base frame) incl PCC foundation (as per Mfr recommendation) complete all as per following specfications :-

(A) TRANSFORMER (i) Transformer Rating - 250 KVA capacity with copper windings 11 / 0.433 KV DYN 11 ONAN hermetically sealed transformer with corrugated tank, top bushing on HV & LV side, temperature rise 40-45 degree centigrade(oil/binding) of circuit tapping +5% to -10% @ 2.5% per step. BIS marked and BEE certified. Total losses at 50% load 980 Watts and total losses at 100% load 2930 watts. (B) HV SWITCH GEAR (i)11 KV, 630 amp, 3 pole , 21KA / 3 sec non-Extensible Ring main unit compact switchgear consisting of two Number Load Break switch module & one number fixed manual vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with series trip . Make:- Schneider/ABB/Siemens or equivalent. (ii) self powered Digital microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay protection along with necessary short circuit +earth fault indicator Confirming to IS 3231 (iii) Current Transformer – Cast resin Ratio: 100/5-5A Confirming to IS 2705 (iv) Potential transformer - Cast resin ratio 11KV/110V Confirming to IS 3156 (v) VCB off / on / auto trip/ Trip circuit healthy/spring charge indication (vi) Digital Ammeter and Volt Meter indication for HV side (vii) all internal wiring to be properly secured with fuse/MCB protection with proper size copper stranded FRLS wires and connected with proper colour coding with proper lugs and ferrule (viii) Manometer - 01 No

LT panel shall be made up of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet.

(D) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING:- Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1C x 3 x 95 Sq.mm Aluminium unarmorured XLPE Cable. & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbar. Internal earthing connections by using 50 x 6 GI strips. Transformer Neutral earthing with 25 x 6 mm Copper strips.and control wiring with multistrand 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cables with color coding complete all as directed and as approved - 1 set.

(E) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE:- Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 3 mm for Load bearing member and 1.5 mm for Non Load bearing member. The Enclosure shall have IP 54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder coated (Colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV and LV compartment. For entire enclosure minimum spacing between equipments and compartment wall as per IEC / IS standards to be maintained and all equipments / panel should have easy access and minimum specified clearance of space for maintenance and repairs / replacement complete all as directed:- 1 Set. Notes:- (a) Contractor shall obtain prior approval of make (OEM) and drawing from the GE before commencement of work. (b) Manufacturer's test certificate shall be submitted. (c) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of construction of Platform of suitable size as per OEM specification for installing the Package Sub Station, Erection, Commissioning.

M & L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (PCC) in CM of (1:2:4) with type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.(Qty substation-0.5 cum & DG set-0.5 cum

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting with steel GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers including PCC pit with 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and frame cover of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6 mm, MS sheet 3 mm thick and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 40 mm bore pipe for watering common salt chorcoal funnel wiremesh earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including earth test point and making connections testing on completion all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in wall/floor/duct of size 3.5 Core 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning, factory assembled, silent Diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 250 KVA continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ +/- 1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc. and comprising of following :- (Gen set Model No.KG1-250WS of Kirloskar/ Equivalent in Greaves Cotton/Cummins India Ltd etc)

(A) Diesel engine : Water cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and conformimg to IS 10002, DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10 % for one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation with the following accessories :- Make: Kirloskar(KOEL) Model No.6SL1500TA G3 or equivalent of Greaves Cotton/Cummins India Ltd etc.

(a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping (c) Corrosion inhibitor coolan (d) Paper element filters (i) Fuel. (ii) Lube oil. (aa) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame ( duly painted) for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's design alongwith AVM pads (ab) Battery:- 2 Nos, 12 Volt,suitable capacity, maintenance free battery with leads and terminals [ Make of battery : Exide/Amron or equivalent). (ac) Fuel Tank : Not less than 8 hrs full load diesel storage capacity fuel tanks with mounting brackets factory made of 5mm thick HR/MS sheet with level indicator fuel inlet ,fuel out let, air vent, drain plug, in let arrangement for diesel filling from exterior of canopy (without opening its panel) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(B) ALTERNATOR: Suitable rated at 250 KVA at 0.8 PF ,415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz , at 1500 RPM , Self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation, screen protected, drip proof, Insulation class H IP-23, self ventilated and conforming to BS : 5000 / IS: 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in-before MAKE : Kirloskar Green or equivalent of STAMFORD/Crompton Greaves etc. (C) Acoustic Enclosure : M & L for acoustic enclosure for the above 250 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as per guidelines of Central Pollution Control Board, suitable size and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following from authorised OEMs of Gen Set Manufactrures specified :- (i) Sound insulation : 100 mm thick Rock wool ( Density 64 Kg/ Cum) (ii) Outer body : 1.6 mm thick CRCA (iii ) Door : 1.6 mm thick CRCA (iv) Base frame : ISMC 300 (v) Inside illumination : 1 No - 1 x 18 watt FTL/LED fitting of Make Philips/ Bajaj / Crompton

(D) AMF Control Panel : Factory fabricated, Cubical type, free standing, floor mounted, indoor type, IP52, AMF Control Panel, provided with removeable rear panels & hinged front panel for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet including two coats of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc.and comprising of following: (i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole MCCB 400 Amp with ultimate breaking capacty Icu-36 kA at 415 Volts with microprocessor release conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947-Part-I with breaking capacity Ics=Icu at 415 Volts of 36 KA, thermal overload setting 70% to 100%, short circuit setting 5 to 10 times - 02 No.for main supply and DG set supply with HRC back up fuse complete with all DC control relays/ Line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating Engine start, stop, three attempt starting facility and failure to start etc.

Cables from DG set to AMF panel, AMF panel to main panel will be measured under relevant schedule Note:- The fuel for final testing of 12 hours shall be supplied by the contractor and cost deemed to be included in the above offer. All other necessary equipments like resistance load strip heater of suitable capacity/rating and any other items required for final testing shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department.
