Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 125 KVA KOEL Green Liquid Cooled silent DG Set comprising of KOEL make Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine Model 6R1080TA-G1 (CPCB II Norms Compliance) developing 175 BHP @1500 RPM 125 KVA Koel Green Make Alternator rated at Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, Manual Control Panel, Residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on baseframe, 02 Nos 12 Volts Battery, (KOEL) battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacure design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board. DG Set should be capable of operating in temperture range (-15* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following. Make KIRLOSKAR / KOELGREEN.

(A) Prime mover Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24hrs continuously with 10% over loading for one hrs continuously in every 12 hrs as per BS -649. Engine shall be eqipped with all standrd fitting and mounted on common base frame with following fittings (a) RPM cum hour meter (b) Barttery charging Ammeter ( c) ignition key and starting with push button switch (d)Lubricating Oil pressure gauge (e) Electronic governor controlling Oil temp gauge (g) 24 Volts starting equipment comprising of the following fittings (i)12 V Battery,180 AH (ii)Battery charging alternator (iii) Self starting of suitable capacity (iv) Battery leads of copper cable with brass thimbles and terminals. (v)starting gear engine.

(D) Other fittings (i)Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes , capacitor and resistances etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all times whenever the electric supply given to battery charger through control panel or electric power point. (ii) In built Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturers instructions capable for12 hrs running of DG Set inside the canopy base with all connecting pipes upto fuel pump and including oil level indicating gauge drain air vent plug etc. (Note : The rates of this items including the commissioning & testing complete, POL for DG Set testing will be issued by MES).

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 62.5 KVA KOEL Green Liquid Cooled silent DG Set comprising of KOEL make Liquid Cooled Diesel Engine Model 4R810TA-G1 (CPCB II Norms Compliance) developing 83 BHP @1500 RPM 62.5 KVA Koel Green Make Alternator rated at Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS Base frame complete with MS fuel Tank, Manual Control Panel, Residential exhaust silencer, AVM pads fitted on baseframe, 01 Nos 12 Volts Battery, (KOEL) battery leads, 1st fill of Lube oil all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside power house upto 1 mtr, AVM pads foundations as per manufacure design battery start with suitable size of cable for connecting upto panel board . DG Set should be capable of operating in temperture range (-25* C to + 35*C) fitted with Cold starting kit with and including the following . Make KIRLOSKAR/KOELGREEN

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx60cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level ,using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing lead (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and earth wire protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced XPM(weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x 25x 3 mm with lugs 2 nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape , GI medium 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate ,common salt and charcoal,fitting,test point with fixing arrangement , funnel ,wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR- 2020 Pt 1 and Connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.Note:- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead wire and protection pipe of 15mm bore GI medium grade .

M&L for shed of size 5 Mtr length X 5 Mtr breadth X 2.6 Mtr height, opened from front sides and closed from all three sides. Each shed contains approx weight of Mild steel angle iron frame work 220 KG and CGI sheet approx 90 Sqm, including Mild steel angel iron frame work as required at site for DG Set with CGI sheet with PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of Change over Switvh 200 Amps with enclosure, rated voltage of 415 Volts, AC 50 Hz, 4 Pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Air Blower, 400 cum at 0.5 Kg/Sqcm with motor, Air Blower Make :-PP Aquqtech Model-PPA-57, Motor Make-Cropton/Kirloskar/ABB specifications as well as operation directions by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Header mild steel 'C' class pipe 150 mm with 2 No Butterfly valve 150 mm all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Air mild steel 80 mm piping from air Blower to air distribution grid as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Air Distribution Grid, Model SS-304, Make-PP Aquatech, / Sai Aqua solutions or equivalent in other ISI marked company all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing of Fine Bubble Diffuser, size 65X1000mm, tubelar both side SS Clamp with SS adopter, colour-black, Model FBD-63-1000, Make-PP Aquatech / Sai Aqua Solutions or equivalent in other ISI marked company all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Sludge disposal pump with motor Head-15 M, discharge-12.5 cum, Motor Make-Cropton/Kirloskar/ABB specifications as well as operation directions by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Base frame for Blower motor and pump Mild steel C channel, Make- PP Aquatech as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Air mild steel 100 mm piping from air Blower to air distribution grid as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Electrical Panel for Air Blower & sludge disposal pump as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing Cable for Air Blower and sludge disposal pump as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L Brick work in Cement mortar 1:4 and plastering 15mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 for partion of sedimentation tank complete all as directed by engineer in charge.
