Walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3 above but except stones complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified for random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but squared rubble walling, regular coursed with depression upto 20mm

PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, cills, plinth courses, string courses, bed plates, Kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Keyed pointing in CM 1:3 to randam rubble masonry, un coursed or brought up to courses incl racking out joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9 but to square rubble masonry, regular coursed complete all as specified directed.

Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of PCC (1:5:8) exc 10 CM in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of wallls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing wit clips all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but 5mm dia and over, upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

Use and waste form work for sides and soffits of RCC/PCC bands etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed

RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded ston agg) design mix for beams, bands, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and directed

Mild steel work as in posts, struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, matching for wires etc, flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to fe-410-0 of Fe310-0 (Note in addition with MS bolts flat, iron used as dillets/ties shall be welded to angle iron posts all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC any section including taking out embedded portion and making good.

Taking down old rusted barbed wire of any dia and size complete all as specified and directed.
