Day to day operation & maintenance of total Distribution system & rising main, Pipelines (CI/DI/AC/UPVC) inclusive of any augmentation / rejuvination / Special repair of scheme with repairing of valve chambers, operation cum guarding of overhead reservoir for Asuti I & Asuti II GP under Thalurpukur Mahestala block. [ANNEXURE-I]

Engagement of plumbing Mistri cum Supervisor i.e. 2 X 10 x6

Engagement of plumbing helper (1 Nos for each 2 Nos of scheme) i.e. 2 X 10 X 6

Collection of water sample

Daily operation and maintenance by opening and closing all diameter of Sluice Valves over the rising main as and when necessary and as per direction of Engineering-in-Charge or his authorised representative by engaging one semi skilled labour including cleaning the valve chamber, dewatering etc. complete.

Daily wages of Valve Operation cum Guard to be paid Rs. 465.57 / day

(This is including Bonus @ 8.33% & excluding Rs. 62.00 as Employee's contribution of EPF & ESI ) (Minimum basic wages Rs.487.00 / day)

i) Bonus @ 8.33% to be paid during festivals like Durga Puja / Id-ud-Zoha etc. once in the year.

(2 Men X 183 days) = 366 Mandays

Add GST @ 18% on all items (except item nos. 27 & 29 of Annexure-I)

Add CESS @ 1% on all items (except item nos. 27 & 29 Annexure-I) & on GST
