Replacement of the 500 mm dia Non Return Valve of Sewage Pump Set No 6 at Nehru Vihar SPS Supply of the 500 mm dia Non Return Valve with Design Standard: IS: 5312 Part-1, Pressure Class: PN10, Operation – Self Material of Construction: Body, Door, Cover: Cast Iron: CI IS: 210 Gr. FG260 Body and Door Rings : SS ASTM A743 Gr.CF8 and Bearing block of leaded tin bronze to IS:318 Gr.LTB2 Hinge Pin: SS ASTM A276 Type 410 / SS AISI:431, Gasket: Natural Rubber, Ends- Double Flanged Flange Drilling: IS: 1538, Table 4 & 6 Make: KBL/IVC/Other DJB Approved make
Providing of new nut, bolt, washers & gasket.
Hiring of a long boom crane with fuel operator and helper for unloading of the NRV from the truck, shifting of new NRV at the floor of the dry sump of the SPS and shifting of old NRV from floor of the SPS to old material store.
Making of a temporary platform at the depth of Pump house of approximate 30 Feet below the ground level around the valve for safe working at Pump Set No 6
Dismantling of existing 500 mm dia bend duly cutting of all nut, bolts by gas cutter
Dismantling of existing 500 mm dia NRV duly cutting of all nuts, bolt by gas cutter.
Fixing of new NRV and CI Bend of delivery line duly replaced all nut, bolts & gasket.
Testing and commission of complete work in the presence of Engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction
