Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall suface to prrepare the surface even and smooth complete.job as per direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing &Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based texture of Dholpur/Red sand stone patter with anti algae and Uv resistace properties to be aapplied as intermediate fiish in desired pattern @ 43.04 kg/s10 sqm to form film of 1-1.5mm thickess after scrapping and propperly cleaning the surace to remove loose particles from the plaster surface,followed by top coating with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade by two or more cots @ 1.43 litre/10sqm,complete as the direction of E/I.

Dismantling plain cement or lime concrete work including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

covering of treated surface with P.C,C .Providng 50mm thick cemet concrete M20(1:1.5:3)maintaining slope in alternate 2mtx2mt panels with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm sizie graded and cleaned sand of F.M 2.5 to3 includig screening,shuttering and mixingcement concrete in mixer with admixture of integral water proofing and placing in position,striking curing,taxes and royalty all complete as per buidings specification and direction of E/I.panels that has been left should be casted next day.there should be 6mm gap between panels Brand sika plastocrate plus,MYK proof WP 10,,Fosroc-conplastx4211C,Dr.Fixit pidiproof LW+or equivalent.

Providing and applying thermoflex P-111 silka coolcoat or any other equivlanent compound on Roofs of slab aas per following procedure(i) Surface prepartion -surface of Roof slab should be cleaned with wire brush dust perticle should be removed and surface should be washed with high water pressure and it should be get dired.(ii)primer coat -Thermoflex p-111 should be diluted with potable water 1:1 riato and this solution shoud be applied on cleaned and Dry surface with soft brush/ roller.(iii)Ist coat P-111 After 3 hours of primer coat Firt coat no P-111 without any dilution should be applied with soft brush/roller(iv) when the Ist coat is partially dry acrylic fibremesh 8g GSM mat should be laid over it and pressed with roller(v) Second/ Final coat 2 nd coat of P-111(without any diluton) should be appled after 3 houss of Ist coat of applicaion .It should be allowed to dry for 4 hours.Note-there should not be any water contact on treated surface till 24 hours of final completion of treatment.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes(Thickness to be specified by the manufacture) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved brand & Manufacturer in all colours and shades,laid on20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 coarse sand)jointing wth grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only.Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel,plier,wedge,clips of required thickness,leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Glsazed viterified floor tiles Polished finish of size (size 600x1200mm)

Providing and fixing factory made Upvc glazed /wire mesh windows/doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered fame,sash and mullion/coupler (where eve required)extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70mm for series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10mm for series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN 12608 in any shape,colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape &size as prCPWD specification,UPVC extruded glazing beads,interlocks and inline sash adaptor ( where ever required) of appropriate dimensionEPDM gasket,hardware,SS 304 grade fasteners of miniumi 8mm dia with countersunk head,comprising of matching kpolyamide PA6 grade sleeve for fixing frameto finished wall asper IS 1367:part 1 to 14,plastic packers,plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc Profile of frame,sash &mulion ( if required) shall be mitred cut and fusion welded/mechanically jointed duly

sealed at all comers,including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of approved size and quality all compelte as per approved drawig conforming to CPWD specification and direction of E/I.section of steel reinforcemenntr and cross sections of UPVC profiles to be as per design approved by E/I. wire mesh/Glazing of plain/toughened/laminated/double glass unit with/without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS:3548 & IS:16231 shall be paid separately.(Note-structural design proof checked from a Goverment Engineering Institure,to be provided by the manufacturer for (i)sites with basic wind speed> 45m/sec as per IS 875-part 3(ii)sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds.
