Supply & fixing in repair or damaged looking mirror in table dressing ladies of size 355x1220 mm of 5.5mm thick well polished of approved make such as Atul or Modiguard/ Goldenfish/Swastik free from distorion of Images fitted with wooden beading all around the miror & on back of mirror 4mm ply complete as shown in drg & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair or damaged 4 mm thick plain glass fixed / fitted having in two "U" shaped aluminium channel for sliding suitable to match the existing shape complete as shown in drg & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Polishing with Hi-gloss French polish to match with the existing surface to the wooden surface of table drssing ladies including preparation of wooden surface complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sofa Set 5 Seater Make : Methodex IT 2099 Taking out unserveceable damaged tapestry cloth from sofa set 5 seater and S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality & colour including lining cloth with and including polishing with Hi-gloss French polish on wooden parts complete as shown on drawing & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable legs of sofa set five seater and providing new legs made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) Designed duly polished.

100 mm thick 32 density Cushion with tapestry cloth detachable type using one side suitable zip as approved covered all around with white marking cloth (costing not less than Rs 100 per running metre as approved by GE) duly stitched in each cushion. Cushion shall be covered with approved standard tapestry cloth rate not less than Rs. 550/- to 650/- per running metre and zip of suitable length on any one side of standard quality to facilate change of cover and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Cushions- Sleepwell or Kurlon.

SOFA SET FOUR SEATER (SINGLE SEATER ) FD-234 sheet 1/1 dated 21.7.81 (a) Taking out of defective components from single seater sofa set such as sofa spring, cushion/coir, cotton layer, hession cloth, tapestry cloth, nails, cane stick for fixing the spring etc. and Supply and fixing in replacement of new defective spring, coir of approved quality in seat and back, nails, cane stick for fixing the spring and other necessary componets which are involve for complete repair of sofa and including alround covered with approved standard tapestry cloth rate not less than Rs. 550/- to 650/- per running metre, cotton layer, tapestry cloth as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as specified in Drg FD-234. Note:- (i) Only defective legs and hand rest shall be measured & paid separetely under respective item No 56 & 57 of this schedule. (ii) Tapestry cloth, hession cloth, tapestry cloth & cushion shall be replaced in all single seater sofa and cost of these shall be deem to be inculde in quoted rates. (ii) Rates of replacement of defective ply, stiffeners, Planks, rails shall be deem to be inclusive in quoted rates. (iv) All wood work and teak veneered surfaces shall be Hi gloss french polished and rates for above shall be deem to be inclusive in quoted rates. .

(b) Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable legs of sofa set four seater and providing new legs made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) duly polished with Hi-gloss French polish.

(c) Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable hand rest of sofa set four seater and providing new hand rest made out of Ist class hard wood (Teak) duly covered and polished with Hi-gloss French polish.

Bed plywood top- FD 246 (a) M & L for replacement of damaged/broken 12 mm thick BWP plywood of existing size and shape as per drawing of bed plywood top with new parts and polishing complete on whole wooden parts as per specification shown on drawings all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Taking out unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat & back of chair revolving and S&F new tapestry cloth of approved quality & shade including replacement of foam cushion 100mm thick 32 density and plywood 8mm thick etc. complete all as per existing trade pattern and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Taking out unserviceable hand rest from chair revolving and S&F new PVC/fibre handrest different size of as per trade pattern matching with the existing hand rest all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e) Taking out unserviceable Gas cylinder/lifter from any type of chair revolving and S&F new gas cylinder/Lifter as required as per trade pattern and making the chair complete functional all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
