Releasing the existing worn out and damaged Motor bed and chipping and removing the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC bed including tools and equipments as per site Engineer.
Grouting Base bolts and shutters for base frame of the pump bed, mixing and pouring of concrete and curing activities, including consumable and hire charges of T&P’s.
Removing the suction & Discharge pipe, Removing the pump and motor from bed Removing the bed from foundation and renewing the damaged foundation bolts and RCC and re-fixing the pump bed. Positioning the pump bed and checking water level and spirit level and positioning the pump and motor above the bed and re-fixing the suction & discharge pipe and checking alignment of Ash Water Pump[pump model 6UP 4FL/8UPH 5(M)]. Consumable and hire charges of T&P’s.
