REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLES AT AREA COTTON GREEN, SEWRI, PAVNIKA, SION, SANTACURZ, KALINA AND AIRPORT TECHNICAL AREA OF AF STN MUMBAI UNDER GE (AF)THANE

Excavating in trenches in Hard and dense soil , n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation,(for manholes,sewage line etc) . and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No -01 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 m & not exc 3.00 m, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm with soil out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening cover of septic tank,dewatering by section pump and taking out night soil/excreata sludge etc from septic tank/manhole and removing sludge outside MD lan and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in orginal position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Systematically cleaning of 150mm dia pipe sewers/ drains by passing rope,knots,bamboos, kept and disc of required size from manholes to manholes,septic tank and well flusing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with jet pressure(excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safty measures such as test for existence of poisionous gas etc.complete all as specified and directed and maintained through out the contrect period without any extra cost etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as perSrl item No -07above but 200 mm dia.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning the chocks/blockages in AC/CI/PVC soil waste/rain water pipes of any dia fixed on walls upto 10 mht, by removing cleaning eye and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cernent joints, dia of pipe not exc 150mm dia upto two floors and including necessary scaffolding if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning blockage of IWC/EWC etc including depositing sludge in a pit (including digging pit) distance not exc. 100 m from bldg and cover with earth along with spreading of bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning blockage of Gully trap, Nahani trap, Floor trap etc including depositing sludge in a pit (including digging pit) distance not exc. 100 m from bldg and cover with earth along with spreading of bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
