Painting work with enemal paint including all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and laying red sand stone with its cutting, moulding, finishing including all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of M.S. Angle iron door, windows ventilation frame made of approved M.S. angle iron wroght to required form including drilling hole, welding and recetting where necessary and also including supply of all material, such as steel hinges of required size, nut & bolts etc. and also including all taxes, wastage and one coat of red oxide paint complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work at site of work.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Painting or Vernishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with two coat (up to one Sq. meter) of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI no. 103-1950.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material (Stone Dust) 0.15 Mtrs. compacted thickness spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401.
