Taking down chowkhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n. exc 4.00 Sqm incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters and refixing in the same opening of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.5 sqm each incl cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pressed steel frames size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc complete as specified.

S&F aluminium anodised powder coated ventilator fixed type with fixed aluminium frame of size 63.5 x 38.1 x 1.50mm thick fixed in vertical position with aluminium vertical members and one portion to be provided with 4mm thick pin head glass and remaining portion to be louvered using 4mm thick pin head glass and louvered portion covered with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm incl necessary opening for exhaust fan if reqd and necessary channel frame work with rubber gasket and aluminium beading etc all as specified. M&L for providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor, 8 to 10 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door, cup board shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded both side prelaminated PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail panelling of prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, supply & fixing in the frame at site as per SSR specification & diagram/product drawing shown on ser page No 156 of SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc., divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitered and rebated sash members, any numbers and mited beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats
