REPAIR AND PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF DG SETS, AMF PANELS, SOLAR WATER HEATER, SWIMMING POOL, LT UG CABLES, POLES, APFC PANELS, BUSBAR PANELS AND OTHER ALLIED EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS AT AF STN CHANDINAGAR UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) FARIDABAD

M&L for servicing of DG Set 180 KVA to 200 KVA of any Make ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly lube oil hose flexible pipe, hose turbo etc including replacement the same with same size, make and capacity of parts Such as Fuel filter, Lube oil filter, Air filter, coolant and Engine oil ,hose pipe,Diesel filter with gasket etc and draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump with suitable cleaning solution such as petrol and diesel or any other cleaning solution and refilling new engine oil required grade up to required level and including checking of AMF control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge Make -Greaves Cotton Note : (i) Engine oil shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised dealer of manufacturer. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Repair Guarantee for replaced parts/servicing of DG Set shall be for six month from the date of service.

All as per item No 1.00 above but DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA.

All as per item No 1.00 above but DG set of capacity 15 KVA.

S & F for Fan belt set suitable as per existing for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG Set of any type any make complete all as specified and directed.

S& F for New dehydrated Engine oil as required grades suitable as per existing for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG Set of any type any make complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Engine oil will be suppied in manufacturer sealed barrel.

Taking down of radiator from DG set (15 kVA to 200 kVA DG) of any type any make carefully cleaning of tubes and fins complete with the help of proper cleaning agent and wire brush soldering of tubes and fins at required places testing and refilling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of defective water pump from DG set (15 kVA to 200 kVA DG) of any type any make repair the same by water pump repair kit removing of leakage refitting after testing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and Replacement of water pump body assembly suitable for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG Set of any type any make complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and replacement of self starter motor and charging alternator 24 volts complete set incl dismantling and taking down old unser from DG set suitable for 15 kVA to 200 kVA DG set of any make any type complete all as specified and directed.
