Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50m :

30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed withwater.

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps at all levels for removal of blockages including removing the silt, slush, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc and applying white cement in tile joints of bath/WC including water proofing compounds (Like forsroc) etc wherever required to arrest leakages etc.

Providing treatment to the cracks on the external face walls/ Terrace roofing of the building by racking the cracks in 'V' shape filling the same with slurry made of 3 parts liquid water proofing Chemical (Dr Fixit URP -301) and 1 part of gery cement including cleaning & removing loose materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge. ( Note : Measurements will be made per litre of chemical used by the agency . The agency has to submit material invoices & the materail has to be kept in the joint custody of Dept &agency)

Filling joints of glazed tile flooring/ceramic tile flooring with white cement and POLYALK-WP of Sunanda Chemical or with any approved WP chemical. Before filling of joints the floor shall be cleaned by Harpic/diluted hydrochloric acid and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Removing old damaged bathroom fittings such as bibcock, stop cock, pillar tap, PVC connection pipe, wheel valve etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of terrace by brooming, removing leaves any other material lying on terrace including mumty terrace and disposal of material etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Terrace floor of TY II Block

Providing and applying Two coats of “Dr. Fixit Raincoat” or equivalent over one coat of primer of “Dr. Fixit Primeseal" or equivalent on external wall surface (prone to leakage due to heavy rain) etc. all complete as per manufacturers specifications in following sequence of operations. a. All new cement-sand renderings /concrete surfaces should be allowed to age 6 to 8 weeks before surface b. Surface for treatment must be thoroughly cleaned of all laitance, loose material, oil, grease, etc. by mechanical means such as wire brushing & shot blasting . c. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done, if required. d. All surface cracks upto 5 mm width and above should be filled separately (to be paid under different item), e. Prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Primeseal diluted with potable water by volume in 2:1 ratio (2 parts primer and 1 part water) and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hours f. Use Raincoat directly from the container (Stir contents well before use), Apply two neat coats of Raincoat without dilution by brush or roller at a time interval of 5-6 hours on rain lashing walls, chajjas and parapet walls. g. Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.

Dismantling of wash basin with attached fittings such as Pillar cock, waste coupling, connection pipe including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing 25 mm to 30mm thick cuddapah/Kotastone of required sizes in flooring/shelves/ vertical supports for kitchen platform laid over 20mm thick cement mortar base 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of the slab i/c rubbing and polishing etc.,complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Credit for dilapated/damaged material received from dismantlement.

Removing, cleaning & refixing G.I.pipes of all diameters upto 40mm dia. as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing double Scaffolding with bamboo, ballies & Coir strings etc. for carrying out the work of external plastering to outer side of parapet wall, slab projection etc. at all heights including necessary labours, materials required for erection and diamantling of the scaffolding after completion of work and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling/demolishing Damaged Cement mortor layer of finished old Brick Bat Water proofing treatment by manual means without damaging/disturbing the underlying Slab / Brick Bat layer , scapping the surplus mortor all complete including disposal of the dismantled materials upto mumcipal dumping ground.

Finishing the surface with 40 mm thick jointless cement concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 to 6 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep. Note : The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Repairs to Damaged GI/PVC water supply pipes in walls by removing the damaged section of pipe by dismantling & cutting the required length of pipe, providing and fixing required male/female CPVC Brass fittings, replacing with new CPVC pipe section , refixing serviceable GI/CPVC pipe line , checking for water leakages , Providing and erecting bamboo scaffoldings or jhoola/ladder on external face of building all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.(Note : The work involves all the costs of materials, labours, tools & plants, hire charges of materails required , CPVC pipe in the wall etc.& nothing extra will be paid on any account.)
