To Qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/her name should have in the last five year i.e , 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least one similar work to an extent of Rs 63.60 lakhs

The bidders shall be a Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class-III and above and the certificate of the same shall be uploaded

The bidders should produce PAN card and GST registration certificate and the same shall be uploaded

To Qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his /her name should have achieved in at least two financial years minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 254.25 lakhs in the last five year i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25 and Issued from Registered Chartered Accountant along with the UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) and P&L (Profit and Loss Statement

The bidder shall upload Liquid assets and availability of credit facilities of value not less than Rs 38.20 Lakhs. Liquid asset comprising of cash at Bank and term deposit in the bank or availability of fund based credit facilities/overdraft (OD) in any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled Bank for meeting the fund requirement etc., duly mentioning the name of the work addressed to the Chief Engineer (Ele), Bangalore Metropolitan Area Zone (South), BESCOM, Bangalore, shall be duly scanned and uploaded (the banker certificate shall be uploaded in the prescribe format enclosed in the tender only)

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should submit required valid electrical license along with consent/undertaking letter for executing building electrification works and should have executed similar electrical work done certificate totaling Rs. 2.93 lakhs in any one year of the last five year i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should submit valid BWSSB along with consent/undertaking letter for executing water supply/sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar water supply/sanitary engineering work done certificate totaling Rs 4.54 lakhs in any one year of the last five year i.e 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25.

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the Government of India or any State Government of Union of India. The bidders should produce Self-declaration in the form affidavit letter duly notarized stating that he has not been defaulted or blacklisted by any Central /State Govt. or public sector undertaking of India and the shall be uploaded

The Bidder should submit the form of tender in the prescribed format uploaded in the KW-4 document in the form affidavit letter duly notarized

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
