Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 20 A at Km 170/8-9, ARJ yard in connection with doubling of BTT-ARJ with electrification excluding IAA-MAU (116.95 Km.) in Varanasi Division of NE Railway.

10.2. Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" whichever is less, where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-2 of Chapter-3, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

10.1Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Similar nature of work means: "Construction of ROB with PSC girder on well/pile foundation with provision of RE wall excluding steel girder work"

Note for Item 10.1: Work experience certificate from private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition to work experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organisation, work experience certificate issued by Public listed company having average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial years excluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange or Bombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered at least 5 years prior to the date of closing of tender, shall also be considered provided the work experience certificate has been issued by a person authorized by the Public listed company to issue such certificates. In case tenderer submits work experience certificate issued by public listed company, the tenderer shall also submit along with work experience certificate, the relevant copy of work order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of payment received duly certified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received and copy of final/last bill paid by company in support of above work experience certificate.

Drone videographs of ROB work will have to be submitted by the firm on his own cost quarterly till the completion of project. Suitable penalty will be imposed for non-submission of Drone videographs quarterly, this penalty will be nonrefundable & in addition to any other penalty imposed under any clause of GCC.

Laptop / AIO for office having configuration of genuine OS Window 11 with pre-installed Microsoft Office Suite 2019, 64-bit, display size minimum 27 inches, Intel core i7/Intel core Ulta 7 processor with minimum clock-speed of 4.8Ghz, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, minimum 512 GB SSD capacity and AutoCAD along with mouse, keyboard & a all-in-one A4 colour printer machine, with 01 no. of Computer Data Entry Operator shall be provided by the firm at his own cost during the execution period of the contract. The same will be returned to the agency after completion of the work.

The Contractor shall be required to employ at least 2 qualified Graduate Engineers or equivalent at the work site for various activities contained in the works contract. In case the Contractor fails to employ 2 qualified Graduate Engineers, he shall be liable to pay liquidated damages at the rates as prescribed in the tender documents.
