Supply only the following items/ chemicals for maintenance of sewage treatment plant:-

Sodium Hypo chlorite solution (liquid chlorine) having 10% chlorine content in sealed HDPE container confirmed to IS code. Make shall be as per latest list circulated by E-in-C branch/ CE Command.

Poly Electrolyte (PE) in sealed bag confirmed to IS code. Make shall be as per latest list circulated by E-in-C branch/ CE Command.

Poly Aluminium Chlorite (PAC) 10% content in sealed HDPE container confirmed to IS code. Make shall be as per latest list circulated by E-in-C branch/ CE Command.

Supply only the following items for reparing of main operating control panel at STP

Power contactor 415V, 32A, integrated auxiliary contacts as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 20 KW, 27 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 15 KW, 20 HP as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 11 KW, 15 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the existing din rail

Power contactor 415V, 7.5 KW, 10 HP with integrated auxillary contact block 415V, 3.6 A as per existing size suitable for mounting in the Each existing din rail

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure made of MS sheet 3.15mm thick dust proof outdoor type factory made size 45cmx30cmx15cm front openable with locking arrangement, incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, providing opening for cable entry and exit. The enclosure should be fastening with stud bolts, nuts and washer over the wall etc with 12 way terminal block suitable for fixing 16 Sqmm aluminium cable, mounting accessory for terminal block complete including taking down old enclosure all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for MS pipe 400mm bore "medium grade" for MBBR including cutting, welding and fabricating to match as per existing shape including necessary flange, bend, tee, reducer, including nuts, bolts, washers inclusive of one primer coat, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over the pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking up or down Mild Steel steel sewage water tubing and connections complete of size 400mm bore all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage MBBR Reactor, No-01&02 tube settler by using water jet spray machine to remove the sludge deposits on the surface of the reactor, in tube settler, in drain etc

Chemical analysis test (COD/BOD) for treated effluent from recognized / authorized testing laboratory as and when recommended by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning of sludge from drying beds & drains of STP by manual and removing sludge outside defence land covered with earth on top. Note: (i) All T&P for working at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates (ii) The contractor shall be responsible for all safety of men employed by him during work at site.
