REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CRANE, HIGH MAST LIGHT, GARDEN LIGHTS AND MISC E/M ITEMS AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Taking down carefully existing point wiring (light/fan/sockets/bell/power point) any type complete with all accessories such as switch socket with sheet, ceiling rose, lamp holder including rusted/broken concealed conduit, junction and sunken terminal boxes etc and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one switch (using red, black and green etc colour wires as per colour coding i.e for phase, neutral, earth wire) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 V grade, conforming to IS 694:2010, for main point wiring and for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. drawn through and including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal dia as required at site but not less than 20 mm nominal size, with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, elbow, junction boxes, pipe hook/clips/clip clamps etc., including Pressed steel powder coated sunken terminal box suitable for modular switch socket (min 60mm deep, suitable length and made from 1.6-1.63mm thick sheet) including inner and outer plate, outer cover plate white colour, any module as per requirements suitable for fixing the modular switch/ socket / regulator etc, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Modular switch, socket shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include making the existing chases, formed after removal of the old conduit under the respective BOQ item, suitable for fixing the new conduit and, wherever required due to change in conduit size, alignment or routing, cutting additional/new chases in walls, ceilings or floors, and making good all disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing finish. No extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (iii) Where ever it is not feasible to cable drawn through existing PVC conduit in roof slab (for ceiling fan point only) due to blocked, casing capping or pipe shall be provided on surface of RCC including fixing arrangement without any extra cost, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

All as per above point wiring item but for one socket out let 5/6 Amps point controlled by one switch (on same board) complete all as specified and as directed. (switch, socket shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Supply and fixing modular switch 6Amps, one way, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing modular Socket outlet multipurpose type 6 Amp, 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Ceiling Rose, polycarbonate, isolated body, surface bakelite 3 terminal, topline series, 240 volts, 6 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring (Three run i.e. 1 x phase and 1 x neutral and one run for continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc., using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 4 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 V grade, conforming to IS 694:2010, drawn through and including PVC conduit medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal dia as required at site but not less than 25 mm nominal size, with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, elbow, pipe hook/PVC clamps etc., for independent circuit from panel/DB to sheet metal enclosure and including dismantling/taking out existing unserviceable sub main wiring any run, any size from and including rusted/broken concealed conduit/casing caping, junction boxes etc, and making the existing chases, formed after removal of the old conduit, suitable for fixing the new conduit and, wherever required due to change in conduit size, alignment or routing, cutting additional/new chases in walls, ceilings or floors, and making good all disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) to match the existing finish, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Three run of copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment but extra length of cables required for connection to MCBs/DB shall not be measured and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB of rating 25-100 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts AC, breaking capacity 16 kA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic protection, Ics = 100% of Icu, conforming to IEC 60947-2, mounted and connected in the existing distribution board/panel. Including necessary modifications/adjustments for proper fitment in the existing space, termination of incoming and outgoing connections, tightening of all terminals, testing for satisfactory operation and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB any curve as per existing, suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 40-63 Amps, SPN with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, conforming to IEC 60947-2, mounted and connected in the existing distribution board/panel. Including necessary modifications/adjustments for proper fitment in the existing space, termination of incoming and outgoing connections, tightening of all terminals, testing for satisfactory operation and commissioning, complete in all respects as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
