Earth work excavation and depositing on banks with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil, including excavated earth,hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders(SS20B), complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.(open excavation)

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of M10 grade (Design Mix) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts,compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing steel centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinthbeam,grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc., using MS sheets 10gauge thick of size 90X60 cm stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm c/c duly supported and removing the strutting after specified period with out damaging the concrete laid complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets 10gauge thick of size 90 x 60 cm stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm laid over silver oak joists of size (10x6.5)cm spaced about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of Grade M15 (Design Mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of HBGS jelly of 40mm and downgraded confirming to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing / pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting, and finishing the surface, watering, curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the departmental officiers and complete complying with standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of V-GROOVE SCREW GEARING SHUTTER of size 0.45m x 0.45m.The shutter plate and gusset plate should be made of 6mm MS plate. The shutter outer frame should be made of MS angle of size ISA 40mm x 40mm x 6mm. The Screw Gearing rod should be made of 40mm dia MS rod. The top channel should be made with MS Channel of size ISMC 100mm x 50 mm width of 1.5m. The headset assembly consist of Top, bottom & square nut.The square nut should be made of 80mm in size. Square MS rod are used to seat the headset assembly to the top of channel. Locking cup of size MS plate of size 80mm x 80mm x 6mm with locking cub arrangement should be provided over the square rod. Fixed V-groove outer frame and hold fast should be made of MS angle of size ISA 40mm x 40mm x 6mm to a required length. A sill plate is made of MS Plate of size 0.45mx0.15m with 6mm thick welded with under the bottom frame. All steel members are painted with Two Coats of approved first quality of anti corrosive Black paint over the red oxide primer one coat is applied as directed by the departmental officers. The Shutter should be weighed, fixed firmly, Water tight, true to plumb line and trial operation carried out as directed by the departmental officers.The rate inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, transport, taxes, erection, conveyance charges, to & fro from the site of work, hire charges for machinery, consumables.

Supplying and fixing Bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for joints in the Protection wall @ 25m intervals including all labour charges for fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC Water Bar 150mm wide with single bulb including all labour charges, conveyance charges for fixing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing PVC pipes of size 63mm dia with having working pressure as ISI standards (6Kg/cm2) for pressure relief holes (Weep holes) etc., including all labour charges for fixing and cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Filter media arrangements to the Pressure relief holes in the rear side of protection walll for a size of 45cmx45cmx60cm and filling with 20mm metal of 30cm thick in Ist layer and 40mm metal of 30cm in IInd Layer, the rate is including cost of metals etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying, jointing and fixing in position of best approved quality RCC hume pipes 300mm dia with suitable collar complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
