(a)Taking out the FIP from the Engine & sent to workshop for overhauling & calibration of FIP 40/63 KVA DG Set ,4 cylinder Make-Kirloskar with replacement of worn out part i.e plunger,rotating valve,copper washers,O rings which ever requried and warnishing.after overhauling & calibration of FIP.FIP return back to site for refixing the original position testing & commisioning complete.(b) Taking out the injector from the Engine and send to workshop for overhauling & calibration.calibration of the injector including replacement of the Nozzle -04 Nos.after calibration ,injector send to the site for refixing the original position ( c) repair the pety pump including replacement of washers.

Dismantling, opening and cleaning of complete radiator assembly of 325 KVA DG Set of Make Greave , checking of water leakage, including upper and bottom tank cleaning of slots including welding/brazing where required and making 100 % leak proof and washing with chemically anti corrosion /water solution by using jet pumping set and as well as cleaning manually by using steel wire brushes and removing all rust ,silt /corrosive material and making good smooth functioning and upper &bottom tank gasket set,all rusted nut ,bolt ,washer ,radiator caps etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
