Dismantling floor, heart or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chamfering half rounding of edges of cudappa/ granite slab as in platform vertical support and edge poloshing complete all as specified and as directed.

Diemolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including ashlar facing dressed stone and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curvedon plan to any radius in half brick thick walls,built in, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone wall, etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&l for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work using water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction (WPC shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture complete all as specified and as directed.
