Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point, wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator socket light fitting etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and makeing good disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc.

M&L for point wiring with PVC caping casing of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100 V grade FRLS cable drawn into and including PVC caping casing adequate width and length with accessoris and fittings like bend, elebows, crosses wall crossing etc for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch including shunken type pressed steel box width 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover of approved make for housing switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous 1 No cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in -before but 1.5 sqmm copper conductor for 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet independent (Multiple) controlled by one switch with one No earth continuity copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 here-in -before but 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for 3 pin 15 Amps socket outler independent (Multiple) controlled by one switch with one No earth continuity copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for submain concelled PVC conduit wiring with 3 run of single core FRLS , 4 Sqmm ( Nominal area ) cable , PVC insulated , unsheathed,multistanded copper conductor cable ,1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metaliccasing caping of suitable size , medium grade ( ISI marked ) with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, wall , ceilings and make good surface as earlier etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : three run of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit in wall/ceiling be measured as one length.)

M & L for submain Caping casing wiring with 3 run of single core FRLS , 6 Sqmm ( Nominal area ) cable , PVC insulated , unsheathed,multistanded copper conductor cable ,1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metalic casing caping of suitable size , medium grade ( ISI marked ) with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, wall , ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : three run of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC casing caping in wall/ceiling be measured as one length.)

Taking out old U/S DB any size and any capacity .complete all as directed.

S&F double door sheet metal enclsoures TPN DB 4 way with 200 amps rated bus bar 415 volts.

S&F sheet metal enclosures double door DB-8 way, SPN, 200 Amps Bus bar 240 Volts complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking out old U/S MCB/RCB any size and any capacity complete all as directed.

M&L Isolater/MCB TPN 415 volt,63 Amps,complete all as directed.

M&L Isolater/MCB SPN 240 volt,40 Amps,complete all as directed.

M&L MCB SP 240 volt, upto 40 Amps,C series,complete all as directed.

M&L ceiling rose , 3 pin PVC /Polycarboante isolated body complete all as specified.

M&L Bulb holder Batten type PVC /Polycarboante isolated body complete all as specified.

M&L for call bell Multy Music / ding dong single pole 230 Volt in cluding taking down complete all as directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Ceiling fan regulator electronics type 2 module . Note:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount.
