Dismentaling and removing old tiles flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc. complete and direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling & removing doors, windows, & ventilator including removal of frame, hinges, fastening & stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with in 50. m Lead etc. complete and direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Window (Sliding Type) made of aluminum section 151-154, 151-155 as windows frame section as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fittd with rubber beading friction stay including locking arrangement all cost of labour,T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc complet as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing natural anodized aluminium door,(frame and shutter) fabricated from extruded aluminium alloy section 9202 as per vertical member, 9201 as top member , anodized to 15 microns in silver satin mat finish, members confirming to ISI mark, partly paneled with 12mm thick pre-laminated exterior grade wood based graded ISI mark (ISI-12823) prelaminated particle board confirming to approved make, colour and shade, partly glazed using 5mm thick plain glass, including providing all necessary fittings, fixtures and handle, brass door lock, double acting floor spring, (shutter opening inside only)aluminium tower bolt, neoprine gasket, etc., as per drawing, and fixed to the walls or columns with lugs in cement concrete 1:2:4 cutting holes and mending good to all damages, including filling the gaps if any, between the frames and walls/columns, with appropriate sealant including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scafolding, direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , Fitting and Fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying CC of prop. (1:2:4) using 12mm to 20 mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry, watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25 mm A.S Flooring in C.C.(1:2:4) including punning using 12-20 mm H.G. chips. etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep & removing the debris with in 50. m Lead etc. complete and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar of proportion (1:6) over even surface of brick work after racking out the joints finished smooth to proper line and plumb, watering, curing for 7 days with cost, conveyance, royalties, of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
