Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles (non-skid)300*300 mm(thickmness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS:13755 of NITCO,ORIENT,SOMANY,KAJARIA,or equivalent make in all colours,such as White,Ivory,Grey,Fume red,Brown sizelaid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) and jointed with white cement and matching pigment etc complete including all carriages.

Providing and fixing Ist qualityCeramic glazed (digital)wall tiles confirming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, KAJARIA, SOMANY or equivalent make in all colour shades of any size as approved by Engineer in charge in skirting ,walls, and dados etc over 12 mm thick cement Mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade (size of tile as specified by the site Engineer) including all carriages complete

P/F in position 18 mm thick Granite of approved colour,shade and texture in flooring,landings,stairs(risers and threads)skirting /dadoo,counters etc laid on 20 MM thick 1:3 cement mortar incl:filling the joints with cement grouting mixed with colour pigmentation complete.Pattern of shade ,design as per the direction of i/c site engineer including all carriages complete.

Providing double edge moulding to 18 mm thick granite stone counters,vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc.complete as per design as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F of 50mm dia stainless steel railing of 304 grade of hollow tube 1.6 mm thick of jindal/salem make or equivalent incl:welding and fixing with stainless steel machine screws for making required size and shape,buffing etc. complete and fixing stainless steel balusters upto 900mm height and S S tubes,three in one installed horizontally incl:cutting,welding,grinding to required shape and size by required steel dash fasteners,nuts, bolts,screws etc in floors and treads incl: providing S S shoe at each balusters complete as per archtectural drawings and as per directions of engineer in charge incl:cutting of granite/marble floors and fastening with lead grouting if required complete job at site of work including all carriages.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z. sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required EPRM rubber/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) and For fixed portion/shutters of doors,windows and ventillators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.
