Analysis-1 Providing Brick on flat soling in foundation and under floor with bricks of class designation 7.5 including filling the joints with fine sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

5.9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

5.2 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 5.2.2 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

6.13 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6.13.1 Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)

13.6 CEMENT PLASTER (IN COARSE SAND) 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 13.6.1 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

13.46 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

5.22A Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 5.22A.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

FOR IRON GATE

10.1 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

13.6 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 13.6.2 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

13.85 Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 13.85.3 With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

13.60 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.60.1 Two or more coats on new work

For Retaining wall
