BUILDING PORTION

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on stone/ PCC block/ brick wall or top of chajja including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of external and internal wall surfaces (when specifically ordered in writing) in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers in cement mortar 1:3, 10 mm thick first layer and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of newly plastered wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc, making surface smooth by applying 1 mm thick ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint of approved shade, over a coat of primer, including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment including preperation of old plastered wall surfaces preparatory to distempering, applying 1 mm thick acrylic wall care putty, priming the surface with alkali resistant priming paint and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chipping, removing carefully concrete work using low impact hammer, breaking without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposing off debris outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M & L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free of loose material, rust spalls, dirt etc, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT, confirming to ASTM-B-117, on rebars, with time interval of 6 hour between each coat) and applying protective coating of IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire netting, 1.40 mm nominal dia of wire and average size of mesh 25 mm and fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples, including necessary steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick over gunniting / concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting of cement slurry grout in 1:2 ratio (1 part cement, 2 parts water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 kg into prefixed nozzles in the walls and slabs by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/sq.cm till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled, for rehabilitation of walls and slabs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing shall be done using mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension.

M & L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories, till nozzles refuse to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (Part a & b) in quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching, grouting by maintaining the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/sq.cm) by monitoring pressure guage at exit, grouting the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle and repeating the process for all the nozzles, for rehabilitation of beam and columns, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC structural members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner and carrying out the work as under complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of holes : Holes shall be cleaned by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles : 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles shall be inserted in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine cut to receive outlet of grouting gun. Nozzles shall be fixed inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. The system shall be cured for min 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles : Nozzles shall be cut by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M & L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises to a distance exc 250 m and not exc 1000 m, spread and levelled, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:3 for laying floor finishes for kota stone complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface, 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors etc and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor and one run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor as continuous earth wire drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable dia concealed in wall/ceiling with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction boxes, reducers etc as required, connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion and making good disturbed surfaces and painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit run.

M & L for taking down geyser of any size & make by disconnecting water connection pipes, fixing clamps and electrical connection, keeping safe in contractor's custody till completion of all electrical works and refixing in the same location with all connected connections & accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to 4mm dia GI earth wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel including neccessary earthwork and excavation in any strata, PCC earth chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip and GI wire, 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe with funnel for watering, RCC chamber cover etc all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including connections with earth testing point complete all as specified and directed.
