Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and using mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 grade at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top etc all as specified and directed

M&L for 30mm thick Bituminous premixed semi dense concrete asphaltic carpeting consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitument content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniforme smooth surfaces as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber & form of requisite height,shape and width for rumbble trip/speed breaker (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using paving bitumen @ 4% by weight of total mix any penetration.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips with 250 gram Glass Beads(retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoes heater, driven by experoenced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dier, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction and accordance with applicable specifidactions as per MoRTH specification having Titatnium -12%, Resin-19% & Intermix Glass Beads - 34 % in proportion.

Supply and fixing aluminium-alloy body Solar stud with following specification :- (a) Solar panel Mono-Crystalline Solar 2.4V/0.3 Watt and having charging capacity at a very low sunlight. (b) Red colour Six Super Bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (Millicandela) 8 mm fitted at appropriate height for clear blinking point. (c) 1.2V Ni-MH or Ni-CD rechargeable battery capacity 1300 mAh. LSD (Low Self Discharge technology) fitted inside solar stud. (d) Working time 3 to 4 days successively after the battery is fully charged. (e) Charging time for full charge One full sunny day. (f) Working temperature : 10 to 75 Degree Celcius. (g) Flash rate : 60 to 70 times per minute normally. (h) Brightness sensitive auto-switch, automatically turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn to ensure easy and safe night driving. (j) High visibility LEDs help ensure easy and and safe night driving from a distance of 1000-1100 Meters approx. (k) Solar stud should be free of maintenance and operational in all weather conditions. (i) The PCB board and solar panel should be sealed in Poly Carbonate case for extra waterproofing and high/low temperature protection. The logo of the manufacturer should be embossed on front side of the body to ensure genuinesess. Dimension/Size of the Solar Std should be 125 mmx125mmx25 mm body, with shank height 65 mm (Total height 90 mm including shank) (m) Weight of the Solar Stud should be 650 Gram approx. (n) Minimum 150 gram of a special epoxy chemical should be used per pcs to fix the stud on the road surface.

Supply and fixing cat eyes with two way solar reflective type with 30 mm length double shank of plastic body of size 100mm x 110mm x 20mm (overall height 50 mm) and with PAMA striplens reflector and weight 164 gram fixed with special epoxy chemical as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated, anti rust and anti theft steel net for reflector protection, weight not less than 765 Gms including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete, all as specified.

M&L 75mm thickness PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggr) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.
