Procurement of following propellers Fans for Fixed Slow Speed Surface Aerators having gear ratio 31.4:1 to Suit 37 KW, 1500 RPM, 415 Volt, 50 Hz Vertical Induction Motor at 45 MGD, STP Okhla. Including all the required works, materials, arrangements , tools & tackles , workmanship, safety equipments as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelines and as per site requirement , remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily. Propeller fan fabricated as per sample in terms of shape, size, machining and metallurgy i.e. Mild Steel to deliver at least 1.1 Kg oxygen per KW along with set of male & female flanges. The propeller will be statically and dynamically balanced duly coated with anticorrosive paint after sand blasting.

Hollow propeller shaft made out of En-9 having outer/ inner dia and length as per sample with proper machining and finishing. The hollow shaft will be complete in all respect and in ready to use condition having provision for fitting male & female couplings. The hollow shaft will have two coats of anticorrosive paint.

Input coupling with locking plate, fabricated by M.S. as per sample in terms of existing shape and size complete in all respect including machining job as required.

Base frame fabricated by M.S. chnnel as per sample in terms of existing shape & size suitable for Triple Reduction Vertical Parallel Mechanical Gear box model VH3-M-225 complete in all respect.

Replacement/Installation of propeller fan and allied items on aeration units:- Dismantling the existing propeller fan after removing of gear box and cutting the old rusted nut bolts from the site and shifting the same outside of the aeration tank with the help of required mechanical equipment, manpower and crane etc. Erection of the complete aerator units after completing all required repairing/assembling of propeller and hollow shaft in aeration chamber with the help of required mechanical equipment men power and crane. Supply of N/B/W as required for the job (i/c old Propeller, Hollow Shaft & Half Rigid coupling etc will be deposited in the store of concerned engineer.) Arrangement of all required safety equipments (i.e. safety belts, folding ladders, safety helmets, safety shoes etc.) for the safety of manpower during execution of work. The work is to be carried out in 20 feet deep tank.
