Kadamparai Power House Cavern Maintenance

Sweeping and cleaning open space in and around quarters and other official buildings, non residential buildings, over roads and grass etc. including cleaning dry leaves, twigs, wind fallen trees, cow-dung, Parthenium etc and clearing away from the site where ever necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge and disposing the same including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. A. OPEN AREA (150 days/year)

INSIDE CAVERN (once in 3-days)

Through cleaning of cob web and dirts on wall inside, outside and ceiling of PH building as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (Once in 4-months-3 operations)

Cleaning of toilets, wash basin & urinals in all the office buildings of Kadamparai Power House as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials broom stick, labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete. (300 days in a year)

Cleaning of open drains/Raw water drains/drains in PH and maintenance of sanitation all around etc. wherever necessary including cost of all materials tools and tackles, labor ,lead, lift etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Once in 15-Days)

Maintenance of water supply arrangements from source to water tank by replacing damaged line and specials all around the quarters and office buildings as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of labour, lead, lift, tools and tackles etc. complete.

Cleaning of open drain in sides of road and clearing away the debris from the location including cost of cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete.( 3 times in a year ) (4-Months one time for a year)

Cleaning of Culverts across the road and clearing away the debris from the location including cost of cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift, etc, complete. (3-times in a year) (All Items the above price is inclusive of EPF and ESI)
