Concertina coil, fencing with punched tape concertina coil of 600mm dia, streched to 6 metre length, having 50 Nos spiral turns per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.59mm thick) comprises of high tensile strength of 1620N/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) with galvanizing of Zinc coating of 275 Grams per Sqm and fixing the same on existing Y - shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal R.B.T (Razor Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I staple and stud GI clips to retain horizontal, the clips shall be @5 Nos per 2 spiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
Galvanised 2 stranded steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings, straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for srl item no. 27 & 28 :- (i) Weight per running metre as laid shall be fixed by Board of Officer (BOO). The BOO shall be conveyed by CWE with user's rep as member of BOO. (ii) Material testing certificate shall be provided by the contractor alongwith the purchase voucher of the concertina coil.

70 Watt LED street light luminaire made up of pressure Die Cast cast aluminum hosing IP 66 effeiceit protection with heat resistant toughned glass with individual LED lenses complete with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life with excellent illumination and instant light with low temperatures (-10 degree to 50 degree) complete all as specified and directed. The luminaire shall be complete available CCT 6500K, IP66 for optical compartment and control gear compartment. The optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety. The LED stree Light should be top maintainable for easy maintenance. LED street light shall use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminaire. The LED street light shall be of integral type. The input voltage range shall be 100V to 300V. The LED driver shall be of isolated type with constant current constant voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED flood light shall have power factor more than 0.95 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for serial number 2 and 3:- 1. Driver shall be potted anti-vibration types. 2. LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours LED life from NABL lab shall be provided. 3. CRI (colour Rendering index) of fixture shall be >70.
4. CCT (colour Co-related temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300K. 5. System Lumen efficient shall be > 100 Lm/W. 6. 10 KV serarate surge protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. 7. 5 years guarantee shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM covering all parts of luminaire. 8. Lenses shall be modular type. 9. PCB used shall be MC PCB type. 10. The defect liability period of LED light shall b e05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/ repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/ repair. 11. CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. 12. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 13. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required, if any can be caried out from top cover.
Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:-Excavation and earth work and concrete in foundation and pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.
Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit shall be filled with charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point/ main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Junction box of size 260 x 160 x 250 mm made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet, front door openable with fixing arrangement by nut & bolts including 63 Amp having four number of aluminium bus bar mounted on epoxy based post insulators and drilled holes for including MCB SP 0.5 Amps-01 No. all as required and fixed to poles using MS clamps of size 32x6mm and including nuts, bolts and washers connected electrically complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS Point wiring for one light point/ fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS, multistranded copper conductor cable (red, yellow & blue colour) in and including non metalic rigid PVC concealed conduit ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia, medium duty with all necessary fittings such as tee, elbow, socket including sunken steel boxes of suitable size with 3mm thick plastic laminated backelite sheet top for mounting switches sockets etc including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (green colour) as continuous earth wire and connecting to earth dolly, and making good to distrubed surfaces of wall/ floor to match to existing finishes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted include the cost of cutting chases in surfaces for conduits and fixing of sunken boxes and making good the distrubed surfaces to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
