Handling & dragging of already dismantled transformer tank without core & coil.

Cutting the damaged edges of transformer from the top cover by gas cutter uniformly.

Griding the upper edges of transformer tank walls stone grinders.

Cutting & welding of metal steel strip of size 40X5 mm along with periphery of transformer tank.

Making welded portion of the collar (flange) smooth by grinding with fine stone grinder.

Apply metal putty under the collar (flange).

Cutting of new top cover plate of 3 mm thickness and appropriate size of different size, and shape of transformer tank and making all the surface smooth and spike less.

Making 3 mm holes on the top cover and flange uniformly at agap of approximating 9cm all over the preferring.

Making a hole of size on the top cover at either side of the top cover depending upon the design of the transformer and supplying and welding of U-shape take of 20mm dia and 280mm length and 2mm thickness.

Completely drying & Cleaning of T/F tank (inside and outside) by using hot air/cotton waste/sand paper etc completely and making it ready for painting

Making threads at the free end of the U-Shape tube to enable to fix silica gel breather.

Bringing the de-shaped tank in to proper shape as better as possible by applying pressure and hammering..

Welding of the damaged tank and repairing/welding of damaged radiators.
