PROVISION OF FILTRATION PLANT FOR PUMP HOUSE NO 2 AT SITE P AF STATION UNDER GE AF THANE

Supply installation testing and Commissioning of water supply filtration plant of capacity 100000LPH , TSS outlet parameter less than 5 PPM with complete incoming and outgoing MS heavy grade pipe with cutting welding and flange reqd at site complete of suitable size to filtration plant including cutting of existing CI/Di pipe line for insertion of new TEE/ COLLAR as reqd at site with excavation and making good in original position complete ,with the following equipment. (i) Raw water pump:- 02 Nos (01W+01S) with head of 30 mtr, Fitting Isolation valve -04 nos , NRV 02 Nos complete incoming and outgoing pipe lines of MS heavy grade pipe with cutting welding and flange gasket , nuts bolts reqd at site complete Make- Kirloskar/ CG/Johnson. (ii) Chlorination system :- Chlorination dosing system 0-6 LPH ,Electronic Diaphragm, dosing tank capacity 50 ltrs , Tank MOC LDPE, Qty-01 Nos complete incoming and outgoing UPVC pipe lines reqd at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Multigrade sand filter :- 01 Nos, Diameter 2200mm, thickness shell/ dish -6/8 mm Height straight 1875mm material Mild steel , internal protection Epoxy, External protection Red oxide with Epoxy finish paint, design flow rate 100 meter cubic per hour , Min operating pressure 2 kg per cm sq,Max operating pressure 3.5 kg per per cm sq filter media Graded sand and gravels , Media Qty 8700 kgs , pressure gauge 02 nos, valves Indivisual valve complete incoming and outgoing pipe lines of MS heavy grade pipe with cutting welding and flange gasket , nut bolts reqd at site complete . M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, struts & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays, etc., getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient , complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-II, flat size 250mmx150mmx 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
