Required1. Registration The bidder must be a registered contractor with the concerned Government Department or any competent authority.

Required2. Experience The contractor should have experience in executing similar works in Government or reputed organizations.

Required3. Financial Capacity The bidder must have sufficient financial capability to execute the work and may be required to submit bank statements or turnover certificates. 1. The bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 1.50 Crores during the last three financial years.

Required4. Statutory Registrations The contractor must possess valid registrations such as: 1. Goods and Services Tax (GST Registration) 2. Permanent Account Number (PAN Card) 3. Any other licenses required for the work.

Required5. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): The bidder must submit the required EMD amount along with the tender documents.

Required6. Non-Blacklisting Certificate The contractor must declare that they are not blacklisted by any Government Department or Agency.

Required7. Authorization of Manufacturer The Contractor must be submit the Authorization/Agreement letter from Manufacturer for supplying of BP Film Rolls.

Required8. Agreement to Tender Conditions The bidder must sign the tender documents and accept all terms and conditions mentioned in the tender notice.
