Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm x 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm x 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on ground, surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing suface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supply of 160 mm dia (OD), minimum 4.9 mm thick, PE 63 HDPE pipes as per relavent IS and technical specification of the tender complete as required.

Laying of 160mm dia (OD) HDPE with HDD trenchless method direct in ground in all type soil including suitable size PP rope coupling of pipe, etc. Complete in all respect as per specification. (HDPE Pipe is not inclusive)

Supply & Fixing of full round RCC joint chamber with diameter of 85cm and height of 100cm and thickness of 7.5cm round top cover with diameter of 100cm and thickness of 5cm etc complete as required

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply of surface mounting batten 1x18W LED LUMINAIRE with 18 W LED tube having colour temperature white etc complete as required.

Supply of surface mounted round downlight 6 W LED luminaire, cool white for soft diffused lighting with accessories as required.

Supply of 30 Watt high performance LED street light along with pressure die cast housing in compliance with IP66 standards with suitable accessories etc as required.

Supply of 250mm sweep, PVC BODY Exhaust Fan (Louvers included) suitable for operation on 230 / 240 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply.

Supply of 300mm sweep, Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan(Louvers included) suitable for operation on 230 / 240 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase, A.C. supply.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in FRLSont including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps socket outlet and 5/6 amps piano type switch, connection, painting etc. as required. (For light plugs to be used in non residential buildings).

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit,with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group C

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, 2 way piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed Steel conduit as required.

Providing and fixing extra conduit down rod of 20 mm dia, 2 X 10 cm length wiring with 2 X 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable including painting etc. as required. (Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

Supplying and fixing TPN 6 way (4 + 18), horizontal type, sheet steel, double door distribution board, 415 V, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing SPN 8 way Double Door, horizontal type, sheet steel, double door distribution board, 230 V, on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 6 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40A rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 300mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps switch piano type switch on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amps Socket piano type socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Erection of RCC/ PCC pole of following length in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

SITC of street light bracket fabricated with 40 mm dia medium class GI pipe of 1500 mm(approx) length having bend of approx 120°, providing reducer, fixing of the same on existing street light pole/wall, painting etc. complet as reqd. (Note: all hardware required for successful commisioing of light fitting is included in this item).

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired fitting of recessed / surface mounted complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. (upto 450mm)
