Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10M and initial lift of 2M in hard stiff clay stiff blockcotton soil hard red earth shells, murrams, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders etc. complete for Foundation

Supplying and filling with river sand including watering ramming and consolidation etc.,complete

Cement concrete works 1:4:8(one part of cement, four part of sand and eight part of aggregate), using broken stone 40mm size for levelling course including mixing, placing, finishing, curing etc., complete.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by Department officers.

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length , including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by TWAD Board officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

Providing and fixing of RCC Inner access ;adder om RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm HBG stne for OHT including cost reinforcement placing grill in position , centering shuttering charges , mixing concret curing etc.

Providing GI Ventilation arrangements 2 Nos Mosquito proof nylon net with 65mm GI Pipe, 4 Nos 65mm GI elbow, 4 Nos Cutting and 8 Nos threading and 2 Nos 65mm GI Tee.

Supplying & fixing of water tight manhole frame and cover of size 0.75mx0.75m over the roof slab of the OHT as directed by the Department Officers.

Brick work in CM 1:5(one cement five sand) using country bricks of size 8 ¾ x 4 ¼ x 2 including curing etc. complete and as directed by Department Officers etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm HBS for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete and as directed by Deparment Officers etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick as directed by Department Officers etc.,
