Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 (eight) to 12 (twelve) tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm (twenty two point five centimeter depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with any lead as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 (eight) to 10 (ten) tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre ) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and CPWD specification 2019 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M-twenty ) grade design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm² (twenty newton per millimeter square) per cubic metre in the cement content not less than 300 kg (three hundred kilogram) and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in superstructure as per drawing and CPWD specification 2019 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness and size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of 80 mm (eighty millimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 (M thirty) grade with approved color design and pattern as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all upto any floor level/ height as per CPWD specification 2019 the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials .
