Material & Labour for Repairs to potholes, any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or scoring sunken surfaces in road, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making road around by filling in screened graded road metal) watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) using power roller of 8-12 tonne capacity and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 6kg per 10sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on top surface, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for scrarifying and picking gravelled , macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth not exceeding 50 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for premix bituminous macadam, (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by using 4% bitumen content using paving bitumen any panetration of grade VG-30 (confirming to IS-73-2006) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller laid with mechanical paver etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm), rolled and consoidated to gradient and camber required with granite, trap or basalt. complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 @ 6 Kg per 10 Sqm on newly prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing surface of black top surfaces by burshes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1@ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm using on black top surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content (using bitumen grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted using 8 to 12 tonne capacity vibratory tandom power road roller to achive the required compactness to required camber and gradient complete including cutting edged of road straight and site clearance, all as specified and as directed.

Material and providing 2.5mm thick road marking strips (reflective) not exceeding 10cm wide of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads, dispensor, propane,tank heaters and profile shoe, heater driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labours T &P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery(1.2V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc,all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 900 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x150mm x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc including demolition of old kerb stone ( un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.
