CONSTRUCTION OF WATCH TOWER (02 NOS.) IN THE CAMPUS OF SHAHID JUBBA SHAHNI CENTRAL JAIL AT BHAGALPUR FOR THE YEAR 2026-2027.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Supplying and Filling in plinth with local sand and under floors including watring, ramming consolidating and dressing complete as per specifications and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100A brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes royalty all complete as per specifications and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level: etc. all complete job as per specifications and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, M-20 grde reinforcd cement concrete

Filling available excavated earth ( excuding rock) in trenches ,plinth, sides, of Foundations etc. in layers nit exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick with marbie chips of size 6 mm in footpath & coutyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning tec. Complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand)

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for.

Brick work with fly ash bricks as per IS 12894(2002) & IS 3495 in super structure in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand )

Cement plaster in course sand 12 mm cement plaster of mix:

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix :

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed worK including cutting hoisting, rixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of E/I.
