Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 13 mrt double pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like m.s.channel,guarding angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (All decentralise material clamp,nut bolt,Grouting & plinthing material etc will be arranged by the contractor)

Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine/ manual drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms . (All material will be arranged by the contractor except 3*300 Cable XLPE)

Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm O/D End Terminations H.S. type cable joints & end terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE ,cable jointing kit make Raychem/3m (All material will be provided by contractor.)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing HDPE pipe of size 160MM dia 4 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 33 KV,3X300 sq mm XPLE cable)

Installation & making proper connection of CONTROL PANNEL 33 KV SINGLE/DOUBLE T/F in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of 33 KV switchgears rag bolt.

Erection of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator in switch yard with complete structure as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All material like bus isolater structure, cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor except isolator.

Erection of complete 33 KV VCB with structure in switchyard and grouting of VCB structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB . All other item likeVCB structure ,nut bolt,cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor except 33 KV VCB.

Erection of complete 33 KV C.T (03 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of C.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All other item like CT structure, cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor exept 33 lv ct.

Earthing of CT,VCB,BSI/LSI & Control pannel sepretly by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 40’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor Complete in all respect as per Resspo )

Earthing of 33,11 KV indoor/outdoor equipments, switchgears by ms earthing rod as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor Complete in all respect as per Resspo exept ms earthing rod)

Erection of 13 mtr long STP support with fixing of all necessary clamps and other accessories. (All material provided by contractor except S.T. Pole )

Grouting of 13 mtr ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, Grouting of support of size 0.45x0.45x1.5 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the grout shuld be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provied by contractor as per Resspo.

Plinthing of single support pole 13 mtr long ST Pole for 33 KV line plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor Complete in all respect as per Resspo)

Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous conductor for 33 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole

Fixing of gaurding angle & Spreading and stringing of 2 nos G.I. wire no.8 SWG for guarding of 33 KV line and knitting with G.I. wire for making guard at an interval of 5 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 Mtr.

Servicing and Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminum paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio !:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules.

Earthing of Pole by MS earthing Rod of 20x2500 mm and 6 SWG earthing wire etc. (All material provided by contractor except 20*200 MM MS earthing rod)

Laying of following copper control cable form C.T. T/F to transformer control panel /protection Board. All control cable shall be supplied by the contractor.
