Dismantling of brick tiles, or terracing tiles single layer, in roofs pointed in Cement Mortar, stacking serviceable brick tiles, brick bats, for re-use or credit and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud on roofs, any thickness, including plaster and leeping plaster and bottom layer of polythene film if any, including removal of retrieved material outside defence land, complete all as specified directed.

Cutting out natural vegetation plants grown up on wall or in roof and making good the damaged portion of wall or roof by PCC 1:2:4 or in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface of roof and wall, complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour for cleanig the new or old concrete surface and applying water proofing treatment to RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps (100mm side lap and 150 mm end lap ) & joints with flame (by torch flame application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1,50mm thick average( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as in padding on roofs to maintain slope correction of the depressed/ undulated portions over a coat of neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm brushed on the existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing liquid and a coat of cement slurry with 3.0 Kg per Sqm shall be measured separately.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for coloured Terrazo tiles 250mm x 250mm x 20 mm thick with size of chips upto 12 mm, laid as in floor, set using neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm, jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in coloured cement or white cement mixed with pigment to match the surface, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) including cutting and polishing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cement slurry shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 10 mm thick on ceiling in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in two layers i.e. 10mm in CM (1:6) and 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with approved WPC as per manufecturer's instructions in 5mm layer only and finished fair & even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, first quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mmx450mmx10mm thick in vertical surfaces as in skirting/dado, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Baroda green marble of 20mm thick as in steps, jambs, urinal partitions, pillars, window cills, coocking platforms etc laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4), and including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shades, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), not exceeding 1.5Sqm each and removal, including making good the disturbed surface in CM(1:4) and finishing as per existing specifications and removal of debris outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing aluminium anodised curtain rod of 20mm dia with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing complete bracket for curtain rod of 20mm dia fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying coating of cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound of make as approved inTechnical instruction 5/ 2003 as detailed hereunder:- (a) Applying 15 mm thick plaster (1:4) in cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement on floor and wall, finishing the surfaces even and smooth wiithout using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.

Material and labour, 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished the surface even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all specified and directed.

Taking down existing copper/aluminium conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, bell/buzzers, regulators, sockets etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items shall be made as per condition of items separately), and making good disturbed surface of walls, ceiling, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, point wiring with single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of suitable size with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including M.S. sunken boxes of suitable size made of 1.6mm thick sheet duly painted with anticorrosive paint, for housing switches, fan regulators etc, PVC cover sheet 3mm thick (Make : Hylam, Plaza, Havells, Kalinga) including 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/fan/bell point (through regulator), controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required. 2. Note(s) :- (i) 2 runs of 6.0 Sqmm main cable +1 run of 4.0 Sqmm for earth cable and conduit shall be measured as one unit/one Running Metre. (ii) Cutting chases for concealing conduit & making good shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair, sheet metal enclosure distribution board (DB), vertical type, metalic double door, TPN, 12way, 415Volt, with 200Amps rated insulated bus bar, IP-43, with incoming MCCB 160Amps, 3Pole, 415Volt, 50Hz, AC, 25 KA (adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release) - 01 No., neutral link, blanking plates etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, LED street light/security light luminaries 40Watt including fixing with bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia 1.2m long bent to shape alongwith suitable size mild steel clamps of size 50mmx6mm with nut, bolts and washers as required at site for fixing of street light on LT poles/walls including making connection with PVC insulated copper conductor cable, complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (depth of pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of precast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) including taking down old, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt. Taking down carefully LT XLPE cable of size 35Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 35Sqmm 4core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & bricks all as specified and as directed. Note(s): Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 50mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs. 358564.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
