Dismantling of brick tiles, terracing tiles, single layer from roof laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified & directed.

Removal of Mud from top roof slab, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, at any description with necessary scaffolding of any height, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions ,arcches , pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and any position including removal of old tarfelt if any, etc removal from site up to 500 m complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilatate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided.

M&L for disconnecting existing PVC tanks, of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n.exc 500 Ltrs and setting aside (or lowering if required) for roof treatment, etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

M&L for disconnecting existing PVC tanks, of capacity exc 500 Ltrs and n.exc 1000 Ltrs and setting aside (or lowering if required) for roof treatment, etc, and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

M&L cutting crack to 'V' groove section in existing roof cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry of 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course and other works as in roof, kerb, coping, padding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof suraces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible roof and edges (vertical or tapered) / sumken portion etc. in following sequence:- (i) Properly cleaning and drying the surface (ii) Applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 1.2Kg/Sqm and primer shall be allowed to dry over night. (iii) Laying APP based modified water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3kg per sqm and thickness not less than 3 mm, with 100mm overlaps, sealed and bonded to the surface by 'torchon' method (iv) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminum painting @ 0.15 kg/Sqm each coat on water proofing treatment with preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

S&F 0.50mm plain, Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Corrugated/Plain steel sheet galvanised,mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 and welded or soldered joints are provided as requried incl Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel/ fibre/AC sheeting of any guage as in roof covering including ridges/gutters etc of any description straight or curvedup to 15 m ht, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as purlin, truss, rafter , post,cooler stand, rackes for storage, watertanks staging, grills, gratings, with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters,walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E 165 incl dismantling of old MS work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 15 mm bore with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down steel tubing and connections complete.

S&F Steel water tubes, medium grade, ISI marked, galvanised, 20 mm bore with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down steel tubing and connections complete.

S & F rotational moulded 500 lit capacity polythelene water storage tanks ( cylindrical verticle with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

S & F rotational moulded 1000 lit capacity polythelene water storage tanks ( cylindrical verticle with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified

S & F in repair 20 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete.

S & F in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic wall, screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20 mm bore size (Minimum weight 210gms), complete.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note:- Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairely rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM ( 1:4 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC compound at any description with necessary scaffolding of max height for G+2 Bldgs etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note:WPC shall be measured and paid separetly)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as spesified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plaster on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L preparation of new surface of wall and applying 2-3 mm thick JK/BIRLA white wall care putty and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper over a coat of oil based primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new decorated plastered surface finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior emulsion paint of required shade ,new surface (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) on walls over 2mm thick plaster of paris putty as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface on ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surface including complete removal by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulded, moss, efflorscent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper on walls over 2mm thick wall putty as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
