Taking down of chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete.

All as per item No.1 here in before but exc 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm each.

Supply and fix Aluminium powder coated (minimum powder coating thickness is 50 microns) Door / window / Ventilator/partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, standard aluminium grills, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangements etc., complete with standard aluminium sections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco). (Note:- Weight of various Aluminium sections handles and locking arrangements shall only be considered for measurement for payment. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Glass panels, prelaminated particle boards, aluminium wire cloth as applicable will be measured and paid separately as supplied only).

Supply only 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 12mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, lamination on one side with decorative choice lamination and the other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws as in door panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) 300 mm long and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolt or cast aluminium alloy& fixed complete

Demolition of PCC Block walling built in CM complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour RCC- M-30 (Design Mix) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete as Mass Concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & Waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour RCC- M-30 (Design Mix) for Column complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Chequered cement concrete tiles, with grey cement and pigment 30cm x30cm x20mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in Cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including sand filling of consolidated 75mm thick complete all as directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets Including frame of any description and any thickness, fixed in any position complete all as specified.

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminium grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 35 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered and board with Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick finished with two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on exposed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of torsion spring Tile Ceiling System comprising of non-perforated Tile of 600mm wide and 600mm long manufactured out of 0.5mm thick G.I. The metal ceiling panels shall be downward accessible with a minimum of four (4) torsion springs which is made up of SS with 2.5mm dia. The Tile will be manufactured on advanced CAD/CAM equipment that includes several levelling stages in the manufacturing process. Torsion Spring panel shall consist of two side legs die formed and two end legs die formed and punched to receive torsion springs (min two springs each end or side) for secure engagement into Tee Grid main runners which are factory punched to receive torsion springs. Tiles will be square edged. The Tile shall be Polyester powder coated with anti-bacterial coating in white colour. Panel will be pre-treated in latest nano technology process and electro statically powder coated with automatic corona system and cured with gas catalytic technology. All ceiling shall be Green pro Certified: For LEED certification by Indian Green Building council (IGBC). Ceiling manufacturer should have in-house testing lab and powder coating line (with Nano Technology & Catalytic Converter) in India from last five years. Main Runners shall be of 24mm wide, 38mm deep of 0.35mm thick inverted “Tee” sections of 3000mm long, with factory punched flanges to receive torsion spring assembly. Spacing of main Tee shall match panel length.

Cross Runners shall be of 24mm wide, 32mm deep of 0.30mm thick cross runner sections of 1200mm long, inverted “Tee” sections designed to interlock in to web of main tee section on designated spacing. Material and labour for preparing steel / Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red oxide primer complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs aluminium composite panel sheet of 3mm to 4mm thick, fixed on existing aluminium frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30mm including aluminium frame work, applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant. The board shall be stuck with a layer of any colour high intensity reflective grade polymer sticker installed using epoxy adhesive, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of SS railing of height 1.0m at various locations with SS Pipes of grade 304 and top hand rail of 50mm dia 1.5mm thickness and fixed on square baluster of 48x48x1.5mm to be fixed at spacing not more than 1200mm and 3Nos horizontal members of 20mm dia 1.5 mm thick fixed with D button on baluster including bottom flange of 75x75mm complete all as specified & directed by engineer-in- charge. (Note: Quoted rate inclusive of cutting, welding, drilling holes in existing floor and welding ends on existing RCC columns.)

Supply and fix Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290.Grade-E-165 all as specified and as directed

Labour only for TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips all as specified and as directed. Note :- Steel will be supplied under Sch ‘B’ free for fixing.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 M-25 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as cover slab and the like, setting in CM 1:4 including weathering slightly rounded/chamfered complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only in repairs wire netting of galvanise steel wire of size 12 mm mesh fixed with tinned tack of wire staple all as specified and as directed. Note:- wire netting will be supplied under Sch ‘B’ free for fixing.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:5:10 Type E2 (using 40mm agregate) as in base for sunken floor treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished fair and even without using extra cement.

Material and labour coloured non skid ceremic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floorfinishes complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:- WPC shall be paid separately)

Material and Labour for Vertical sides plastered in CM 1:3, 15mm thick mixed with WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be paid separately)

Material and Labour for two coats proof coats black paint manufactured by M/s Dr fixit or equivalent as approved by GE as per manufacturer instructions all over and testing again for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 hours complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
