Taking down cement or cement limes plaster on brick or stonewalls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on Brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with @ at 3% IWPC (IWPC measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 on Brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on brick surface of ceilings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer paint on plastered surrface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered etc and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling to obtain uniform surfaces including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from RCC chajjas /roof slab surfaces/chajjas/roof projections etc with mechanical means and grinding properly including laying 25mm PCC Type B1 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm aggregate with WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
