REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF HT CABLE NETWORK, VCB, TRANSFORMERS, GOD AND OTHER CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT MIL STN GAYA UNDER GE GAYA

Material & labour for Repair,maintenance & Servicing of 11KV HT VCB indoor type ONE OUT GOING /ONE INCOMING Make CG/Schinder complete including the following (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB & Relays set of VCB panel o f400 Amps/ 630 Amp rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removing all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT VCB trolley,etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material,vaccum system complete. Replace defective parts, fixed/ moving contacts and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing with AP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT VCB panel and VCB functional to the entire satisfaction of and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The VCBs are installed at MRS and MH Power House. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.(iii) Servicing shall be got carried out by autharised rep of VCB Manufactrure and the service engineer will submitt a service/Testing report for each VCB. (iv) minor items required for servicing shall be deemed included rate quoted .

Supply only trip coil suitable for HT, VCB/RMU operating on 24/110 volt system and testing complete all as directed. Make:Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC.

Supply only closing coil operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as directed. Make: Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T or equivelent make.

Supply only closing shaft assembly operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT VCB/RMU complete all as directed. Make: Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T or equivelent make.

Supply only Motor cut off limit switch sutable for HT 11 KV VCB/RMU complete all as directed. Make:Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T or equivelent make as given in Appendix 'B' as approved by the GE.

Supply only Push Button element with one NO / NC complete all as directed. Make: Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T, Teknic or equivelent make.

Supply only Spring charging handle suitable of VCB/RMU charging as per sample all as specified and directed. Make:Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T or equivelent make.

Supply only TNC switch with wiring suitable for 11 KV VCB complete all as directed. Make:Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider, Siemens, C&S,GEC, L&T or equivelent make.

Supply and fix in repair multifunction meter with digital display suitabale for measuring 11 KV electrical parameters( Voltage, Amp, power factor, frequcncy. Kwh, harmonics upto 31 level) type EM-6400/PM-820 fixed in existing panel board etc complete all as directed.

M&L in replecement anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,squre and flat)including nuts, bolts, Washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as directed.
