Material and labour in repair door closer hydraulically regulated cast iron body designation no 3 universal tyoe suitable for door shutter of 851to 1000mm in with and weight between 61 to 80 kg of aluminium (die cast ) body complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum1.25 mm th aluminium sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass , other part made of mild steel heavy duty fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel windows box type using 'P' section comprising double frame for gauge and glazed skelton shutter jointly with flat iron 40x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc all as shown on drawing.Note (i) For the perpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongreries shown on drgs (iii) gaurd bars glazing & Wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid and pointed in any mortor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 14 to 16mm thick Udaipur Green Stone, polished (table rubbed and polished) as in jambs, window cills, cooking platform and the like etc in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust and admixture of pigment to match with shade of stone including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including rounding of edges, making hole for gas pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing upto Granite finish complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
