M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelled course finish even and fair for tile laying as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete .

M&L for light Shade double charge milky white polished Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tiles not exceeding1.00sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and joints will be fixed by using 5mm thick PVC spacer and joint will be filled with epoxy as per manufacturer's instrucitons complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 05 above but laid in verticle surfaces for skirting/dados and joint shall be fixed with coloured cement to match the shed and colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing in same opening wood shutter exc 1 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm including easing & adjusting and refixing with same hardware etc complete and make the shutter functional.
