ROAD FURNITURE
Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level.

Construction of panel concrete pavement M-40 grade for Thin White Topping (Thickness greater than I00 mm and less than 200 mm) Construction of short paneled un reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement (Thin white Topping as per IRC : SP: 76-2015) :M-40 grade concrete over a prepared sub base or over bituminous surface (Existing bituminous surface prepared if necessary either by milling or leveling course to be done with BM / DBM / DLC to correct surface profile and to be paid separately) with Ordinary Portland Cement 53 grade confirming to IS:12269, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm , mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixture as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound (where specified) and water including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD specification Clause 1501 complete excluding cost of steel in dowel bars and tie bars etc.Each Panel (1.00m x 1.00m). Note : If fiber are to be used as per mix design the same shall be paid separately as per item no 6.8

ROAD FURNITURE
Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The middle plate will be 1200 mm x 150 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. The main lower most plate will be 1500 mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm size. Welding of all the sheets over angle iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frames of the lower most plate and the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125 mm apart centre to centre. The top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75 mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level.
Providing and fixing of PMGSY logo with definition plate (as per MORD design/drawing) 3mm thick plate of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7. The top most plate will be in diamond shape of 600mm x 600 mm size, riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges including orange luminous colour epoxy paint on logo, size of definition plate 900x300mm supported on MS post of square hollow section 75x75x6mm, 3m long .The lettering and borders, etc. of definition plate and PMGSY logo on top plate shall be as per clause 1701.4.6 Messages/Borders. All the sections of frame and posts will be painted with primer and two coats of Epoxy paint. The steel tube below ground level will be painted with three coats of Epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per approved drawing.Posts will be fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRD Specification Clause 1700
Providing and Erecting typical Citizen's information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MORD made of Two plates of Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM), material specifications as per Clause 1701.3.7 of size 900 mm x 750 mm size riveted over welded M.S. angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5 mm size on back on edges. Frame will be welded to two nos. 75 mm x 75 mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1000 mm apart centre to centre these posts will be embedded in cement concrete M15 grade blocks of 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm below ground level. Providing and Erecting typical Maintenance information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MORD made of MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick of size 900mm x 1500mm stiffend by angle iron 25mmx25mm x 3mm all around the plate & plates fixed on frame of 75mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 mm with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900mm) to be joined by embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600mmx 600mm x 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering incharge. All MS will be stove anmeled on both side lettering. Figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthethic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MoRD Specification.
