2.8.1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including watering ,ramming consolidating and dressing complete

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

6.3.1 Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS : 2222 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) - with F.P.S (non - modular) bricks.

6.1.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr /10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

19.33.1 Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socked pipes -110mm diameter.

19.33.1B Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS:14735 - 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single tee without door - 110 x110x110mm.

19.33.1C Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC mould fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS : 14735 - 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 110 mm.

19.30.1.1 Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I.cover with frame (light duty) 455 x 610 mm internal dimensions , total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ), inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete extra complete asper standard design - inside dimensions 455 x610 mm and 45 cm deep for single pipe line - with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

20.2.2 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm dia piles.

NON-PSR Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level for precast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover slabs of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centring, shuttering and finising smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cement 3 fine sand) on all faces of slab but excluding the cost of reinfofrcement with 1:1 1/2 :3 (one cement, One and a half coarse sand and three graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size).
