REPAIR TO PLUMBING, SANITARY WARES, TILING AND MISC B/R WORKS UNDER AGE B/R-II AT AFS CHAKERI

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth, complete as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive of required scaffolding to execute the work upto the height of 12m and cleaning of the site after completion.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of concrete or brick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive of required scaffolding to execute the work upto the height of 12m and cleaning of the site after completion.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. The rate is inclusive of required scaffolding to execute the work upto the height of 12m and cleaning of the site after completion.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and Applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying high-performance exterior weather coat paint in two coats over one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive of all scaffolding, materials, labor, and cleaning of the site after completion.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices plaster etc and applying two coat oil bound distemper of any colour on over a coat of primer over applying a coat of wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash ,colour wash ,distempering etc. applying Two coats of cement base paint (approved colour) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement paint etc. on wall and ceiling complete, and preparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to depressions/cracks by wall care putty/POP and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint 100% acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior water based primer complete all as specified and directed.
