Providing additional SS half shield or rectification of old shields in S/H Screen & Hanger tubes, Screen & hanger W/W tubes, LTSH /Economizer coils/ bends and all other areas of boiler pressure parts
Cleaning and removal of foreign material from all Headers like WW, Pl. WW, SH., CRH, HRH etc. by removal of hand holes, Flushing and Cleaning of ring header by removal of hand holes by grinding & after cleaning hand holes must be properly welded-
Repairing/rectification of Flue gas/ SA/Hot PA Duct by replacement and Fitting of Guide Plate in Flue gas/ SA/Hot PA Duct with Plate Fabrication, plate size 5/6mm by double coat welding and ATT
Repairing/rectification of Flue gas/ SA/Hot PA Duct by double coat welding
Repairing /rectification of buck stay corner attachment in Boiler 1st and 2nd pass
Alignment of Horizontal & vertical Buck stay beam
Fabrication of tube bends ( SS bends shall remain excluded from scope)
B- Air Pre-heater (2 Nos) Servicing of all Dampers in PA/SA/FG Ducts
Replacement of All types of Seals with Holding Strips including seal tabs in both APH
Replacement of all Static seal (Along with Static Spool piece) and rotor post seal at CE &HE with repairing of seal ring segments and spool piece at HE &CE in both APH
Replacement of Sector Plates of HE/CE as per requirement
Repair & Re-installation/ Replacement of Axial Seal Plate
Repairing of all eroded sector plates of both APH
Repair of Bracing pipes in FG side with providing shield in both APH at CE & HE
Removal of Hot End Baskets of both APH toBoiler-0-meter elevation for repairing/Replacement & jet cleaning.
Removal of Intermediate Hot End Baskets of both APH to Boiler-0-meter elevation for repairing/Replacement & jet cleaning.
Removal of Cold End Baskets of both APH to Boiler-0-meter elevation for repairing/ Replacement & jet cleaning.
Repairing/Replacement of Diaphragm plates, damaged gratings & gratings supports for C.E. and H.E. in both APH
Repairing work of APH Shell/ Partition Plate/Center Section etc. by replacing plate for both APH along with rotor shell run out checking and correction
Leveling of all sector plates CE &HE of both APH. Adjustment of axial seal plates APH. Rotor leveling of Both APH. Sealing of adjusters of sector plates of HE & CE and Replacement of Axial seal plate adjuster assembly in both APH-
Inspection and servicing of support bearing assembly and Bearing Housing levelling of both APH
Checking, inspection and servicing of Guide bearing and its components (Seal Tube, Air Seal Housing, Guide Trunnion etc.) &servicing of lube oil system & all its components of both APH
Checking of drive unit including servicing of gear box, fluid coupling, air motor and servicing/repairing/replacement of both APH soot blowers
Replacement & Alignment of Pin-Rack
Repairing of Expansion Bellows of PA/SA/FG Duct
Cleaning of washing nozzle of Air Pre-heater
