Taking down & dismantling the ceiling fan/exhaust fans/wall mounting fans from its position and cleaning, spray painting (white colour), servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts and refixing back to original position with the same parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades etc damaged split pins and screw, nuts and spring washer including flexible cord of 24/0.2 mm with connector as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully electric geysers of any make, type and capacity after disconnecting of electric and water connections, spray painting, opening of bottom cover, checking of all parts and taking out copper tank, checking of its leakage and removing the dust, brazing the leakage and painting of geysers with two coats of synthetic enamel painting, replacement of worn out spares and reassembling the geyser and refixing in its position all as directed. Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply only heating element of any size and any shape of capacity 1500 watt suitable for Geyser and making all Electrical connection as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostat 240 Volts AC, temperature adjusted suitably for electric geyser and making electrical connection all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chromium Plated connection with CP brass adaptor 350mm long and making connection to out let and inlet of elctric geyser of 25/50 Ltr capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply only Indicator Lamp assembly red and green in colour, any shape and size, suitable for 25/50 Ltr electric geyser all as specified and directed all as specified and directed.

Supply only Passivated Anchor bolt 8mm dia x 75 mm long including nut bolt, washer etc all as specified and directed. Note :Anchor bolt, nut and 2 washers altogether shall be measured as one set.
